Exchange & ownership

At the request of and/or in consultation with the Other Party, CNC-Service can forward a revised part to the Other Party in advance to replace a defective part of the Other Party. In principle, CNC-Service charges the usual sales price of the part for this. After receipt of the defective part from the Other Party, CNC-Service can credit the Other Party the difference between the sales price of the replacement part and the exchange price of the defective part (exchange correction).
